In one project, I arrived when the fire was already flickering—ideas everywhere, but no heat. I stepped back, read the wind, cleared the clutter, and rebuilt the stack: clearer hierarchy, stronger concept, fewer but bolder moves. The flame caught. The work spread. People gathered.
